The Scientist - Bipolar Sunshine
Coming from the Manchester native who brought you the vocals on "Middle" by DJ Snake is a beautiful cover of "The Scientist," originally by Coldplay. As one of the best covers we have heard in 2017 so far, it made the cut for our Friday Song of the Day. British singer, Bipolar Sunshine (Adio Marchant off stage) does not change the Coldplay classic, as it does not need tinkering. Sometimes the key to a good cover is keeping the song as is and simply singing it in your own voice, as Bipolar Sunshine does. "This song was pivotal to my early development regarding songwriting, so I wanted to share it with you before I release my own stuff shortly," he says on his Facebook page. This cover and his vocals on "Middle" get our hopes all the way up for his "own stuff."
