LEON - For YOU
24 year old Swedish singer, LÉON (born Lotta Lindgren), is an artist you need to keep an eye on. "For You" is the title track off her latest EP. She just finished up her North American tour and has yet to release a full length album. "Tired of Talking," a single she posted on Soundcloud for her friends around Stockholm, absolutely blew up and has been the biggest hit of her career so far, and this latest release is promising. She has a fantastic voice that needs no editing, something refreshing out of a 20 something year old artist. We love the fact that she's another genre-bender, as she herself describes her genre on Facebook as "indiepop/soul/whatever." So do yourself a favor, listen to this song, the whole EP, and her previous releases, and keep an eye (and your ears) on LÉON.
